Azmy Rachman is a Senior Associate at Susanto and Partners. Azmy has been engaged and exposed with international practice and experiences since his early career in international law firms and to date.

Azmy’s legal forte revolves around M&A, banking and finance, corporate matters, and restructuring. He has navigated in a number of the firm’s most prominent transactions across sectors such as energy and natural resources, infrastructure, mining, consumer goods, and healthcare. He has actively assisted private equity firms, multinational corporations, and conglomerates throughout wide spectrum of deals - from straightforward to complex ones with a detail-oriented and tailored driven approach to each transaction.

Azmy graduated from Padjadjaran University and has passed the bar under Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). He speaks fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
