Ricardo is an Associate at Susanto and Partners with more than 3 years of experience under his belt. He has developed strong expertise in M&A, financing, and corporate restructuring on variety sectors such as healthcare, coal mining, and luxury retails. In M&A transactions, Ricardo has advised both domestic and international clients on numerous deals. Most recently, he assisted in the USD240 million acquisition of a group company engaging in the business of coal mining. He has also advised clients in general corporate matters.

He graduated from Universitas Brawijaya with a cumlaude predicate. During his study, he served as the head delegate for the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition where he led his team to the quarter-finals of the Asia-Pacific Regional Rounds. He also served as the President of Brawijaya International Law Student Forum. In 2019, he received a full scholarship from DAAD for a summer exchange program at Leipzig University, Germany. Ricardo speaks Bahasa and English.
