Retno Catur Wulan joined the firm in late 2023 as an intern and has since contributed to various corporate transactions, with a particular focus on merger & acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate.

She has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including mining, healthcare, and luxury retail. Her experience spans both domestic and cross-border transactions, involving private, public and foreign companies as well as private equity firms. Her responsibilities have included conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and advising on regulatory compliance under Indonesian law.

Retno earned her law degree from Universitas Diponegoro, graduating with cum laude honors. During her academic year, she actively participated in international and national moot court competitions—such as the Philip C. Jessup and BANI Arbitration Moot—and earning multiple awards for her outstanding performance.

Retno is fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
