Established by Mr. Atik Susanto, a seasoned legal and investment professional, SnP is trusted by domestic and international clients across sectors such as energy, natural resources, healthcare, F&B, infrastructure, and technology.

Meet our founding partner: Mr. Atik Susanto

Atik Susanto

is the founding partner of SnP, and acts as the key relationship partner with clients of the firm. Atik is assisted by skilled and experienced associate who is versed in transactions related to Indonesia.

He specializes in M&A, banking and finance, corporate, restructuring and capital markets issues. He advises Indonesian and international clients on M&A, particularly in the energy & natural resources, consumer, food & retail, pharmaceuticals & healthcare, manufacturing & distribution, power & utilities and private equity. Atik is admitted in Indonesia. His career has spanned from investment banking, corporate finance and debt capital markets with Merrill Lynch, to commercial legal practice in an Indonesian firm and as a principal at Susanto and Partners.
